1 I've made my purchase. When will it arrive?
Your item(s) will be despatched within 14 days. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
2 I cant see certain items of my child’s school uniform in the catalogue.
Every item of approved school uniform is shown in the catalogue. However in certain circumstances if size range does not accommodate please contact Needlepoint Designs.
3 The website won't accept my credit card details. Why is this?
The most common cause of this problem is that either you have entered incorrect card details, or it may be the case you have exceeded any limit set by your bank.
4 I'm not sure if my payment was processed how can I check?
If you did not see the order confirmation page, the payment was almost certainly not processed. However, you should check your banking records and send a message to Needlepoint Designs to rectify the situation.
5 I have placed an incorrect order, what shall I do?
Contact Needlepoint Designs who will cancel the order providing it has not been despatched. You will have to place your order again as required. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

1 I want to place an order but can't see the delivery address I want anywhere in the list.
The delivery address needs to be added to your client records. The authorised person acting for the company should contact Needlepoint Designs and have the address added. It will then appear as a delivery address.
2 I can't see the items I require in the catalogue.
Every item of approved school uniform is shown in the catalogue. However in certain circumstances if size range does not accommodate please contact Needlepoint Designs.
3 You are holding some outdated information such as an old address that may affect my order, what shall I do?
Contact Needlepoint Designs who will update your records accordingly.
4. I made an incorrect order. Help!
Contact Needlepoint Designs who will cancel the order providing it has not been despatched. You will have to place your order again as required. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
5. I need to add some more users, how do I do this
The authorised person acting for the company should contact Needlepoint Designs with details of the new users.
